1. Who generates the inquiry?
Ask whether the vendor runs the request page or buys from another source. Review the source and how the vendor retains the evidence.
2. Who else may receive the record?
Ask about the duration and scope of exclusivity, prior buyers and later resale. Get the applicable terms in writing.
3. How is the phone verified?
Ask what the verification checks. A one-time code confirms access to the number at signup; it does not guarantee an answer later.
4. What consent evidence can I review?
Request the certificate or equivalent evidence, captured language, timestamp and source page. Check retrieval and retention before outreach.
5. What did the prospect request?
Review the form and submitted information. Check that the coverage request fits the products your agency can offer.
6. How will delivery work for my account?
Ask about supported integrations, routing, timing and failure handling. Verify your configured route rather than assume a general API claim covers your workflow.
7. What reporting is available?
Ask which delivery, source and outcome information you can inspect. Identify which measures your team will need to record separately.
8. How do I get help?
Confirm the support route and what information to include when reporting a delivery or account issue.
9. What happens if I change or pause my buying?
Read the pricing, funding, renewal, cancellation, availability and replacement terms that apply to your chosen product. A prepaid PPL wallet, a membership and a protected market are different buying models.
