- Insurance carriers and their staff
It does not cover consumer-facing lead forms and funnels operated under “PolicyClover.” Those are governed by a separate PolicyClover Privacy Policy.
By using Slate’s websites, apps, or services, or by creating an account with us, you agree to this Privacy Policy.
1. Who We Are
Slate AI / Slate Leads is a business unit of adsystems.io LLC (a Wyoming limited liability company).
We provide marketing, lead delivery, CRM, AI calling, tracking, and related tools to insurance professionals in the United States.
We operate only in the United States and our services are intended for business use by adults (18+).
2. Information We Collect
We collect information in three main categories:
- Information about you and your organization (our customer)
- Information about how you use our products
- Information about your leads/consumers that you or our systems process on your behalf
2.1 Information You Provide (Account, Billing, and Communications)
When you sign up for, pay for, or use Slate, you may provide:

Lead Source and Campaign Data
- How the lead was generated
- Tags

Insurance-Related Information

- Calls placed through dialers we manage

For this information, you or your organization are the “controller”.
Slate acts as a service provider / processor: we process consumer/lead data solely to provide services to you (e.g., routing leads, powering AI calls, CRM functions, reporting), and for aggregated, de-identified analytics to improve our products.
You are responsible for:
- How you collect, use, and disclose lead/consumer data
- Your compliance with applicable laws and carrier/partner requirements
- How you work leads and structure policies
Slate is not responsible for your sales practices, advice, or compliance with insurance, telemarketing, or privacy laws in your use of leads.
2.4 Enrichment and Third-Party Data
We may, now or in the future, obtain additional information from third-party data providers and service partners about:

- Contact / enrichment data
Leads / Consumers Processed Through Our Systems
- Address normalization
- Demographic bands
- Risk / fraud flags
- Modeled attributes

- Power certain aspects of Slate AI features (e.g., scoring, dialer prioritization)
Where such enrichment involves consumer data that has its own consent/authorization requirements (e.g., soft credit attributes), that consent is obtained on the consumer-facing side (e.g., via PolicyClover flows) and/or by you, and is processed under your control.
3. How We Use Information
We use the information we collect for purposes such as:
Providing and Maintaining the Services
- Creating and managing your Slate account
- Delivering leads and performance data to your account
- Operating AI calling, CRM/automation, routing, workflows, and dashboards
Billing and Account Administration

- Handling cancellations and refunds according to your agreements with us

- Responding to questions and support requests (Slack, email, calls)

- Testing and improving funnels, AI models, dashboards, and user experience
- Aggregating and anonymizing data across accounts for benchmarking and performance insights (without identifying specific consumers)

- Running retargeting or lookalike campaigns using B2B audiences and website visitors
Security, Fraud Prevention, and Compliance

We do not use agent/agency personal information to sell unrelated third-party products outside of the Slate / adsystems.io ecosystem.

However, no system is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

You can access and update many aspects of your account information through your Slate account or by contacting us (e.g., via Slack or at admin@adsystems.io).

- Deletion of certain personal information, subject to our legal/contractual obligations to retain data
7.2 Marketing Communications
You can opt out of marketing emails by using the “unsubscribe” link in those emails.
You may still receive important service-related communications.
7.3 California and Similar State Rights
If you are an individual resident of California or other states with similar privacy laws and you interact with Slate in a personal capacity (e.g., as a sole proprietor), you may have additional rights (such as access, deletion, or correction).

Slate AI / Slate Leads is not directed to individuals under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.
