What does an exclusive Slate territory mean?
Slate defines the state, line of business, and lead type in writing. Every qualifying lead Slate generates inside that territory routes to your agency only. Competing agencies cannot access our leads there. This is exclusivity over Slate's lead flow, not ownership of the geography.
Do you guarantee lead volume?
No. We measure the market during the 90-day launch and report the volume it actually produces. Slate does not promise a made-up monthly number to close the sale.
What keeps the market mine?
An active, paid membership. Cancel, or fall past due for 14 days, and the market opens to other agencies. Slate may add a monthly lead-spend minimum for a market with at least 30 days' written notice; a market that misses it two months in a row can reopen.
